The minimum stay at Villa I Cocciai is one week, from Saturday to Saturday. In low season, depending on availability, you can request different days of arrival/departure, but the minimum stay is 3 nights.
Check-in is from 16.00 to 20.00. Check-out time is by 10.00.
Any changes in arrival or departure times must be agreed upon with the staff.
Linens are changed weekly, and more often for an additional charge.
The town of Cortona stipulates a tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per night, to be paid up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. It does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
No unregistered guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
A 30% deposit is required at booking by bank transfer (non-refundable deposit). Balance must be paid on arrival.
